The third Consortium meeting and Round Table Discussions

The third meeting of the Consortium took place in the University of Vienna, Austria from 23-27 October 2011. The 24 of October was devoted to Round Table discussions with invited people dealing with placements/internships. More than twenty people participated in the discussions which have provided us with useful insights and conclusions. Each Round Table had a three-hour duration. The following thematic areas were discussed:

Round Table A: Universities – Enterprises cooperation in student placements / internships

Round Table B: Placements and Research

Round Table C: Managing and Administrating ERASMUS student placements

Round Table D: Managing and Administrating ERASMUS staff training

During the 25 and 26 of October 2011, the project partners discussed issues related to the results of the survey, dissemination activities and the initiation of the procedure to write the Guide of Good Practices as well as an initial draft of the structure of the training course. It was also decided to further promote the online survey so as to obtain more answers to strengthen the results. During the meeting emphasis was paid upon the organization of the INENTER Conference and the invitation of speakers and trainers for the Conference workshops.
